Good Day,
On the 09/05 @ 16:44 Lydia phoned to advise me that the lady that does my nails had resigned and that she had left. A new replacement will start on Monday with 15 years experience and could they please cancel my appointment for Saturday 11/05 @ 9 am and she will contact me on Monday to set up an appointment to do my nails.
It is now Wednesday, 15/05, my nails are now well overdue and I have not yet had the courtesy of a phone call to reschedule my appointments which i had made a month in advance since I had started with them over a year ago.
What service is this business going to. The whole place seems to be going down since there are screaming at staff infront of customers, no respect for customers shown at all.
Hope I will at least get a response.
