So I have been trying since last Thursday to cancel my account, but either I wait 30 minutes and I hang up or I finally get through to someone and they tell me that there system is down and that I have to call back another time. To put the cherry on the top, I get my telkom bill for R 1, 687.26. It seems that the who upgraded my data did not cancel my original package, so on the phone I go and same thing again and again. Can you please have someone call me to fix these issues so that I can move on from you. And please dont say call 10210 because the line just puts down when its on the IVR (your call centre is down).
