Previously requested a block to be put onto data bundle for my Ipad contract for R50
Received mail on 26/11/2013 to inform me that I am still within limits and not exceeding the R50 limit
24 hours later on 27/11/2013 receive an e-mail to inform me that I suddenly exceededthe limit and now owe R248.15 after only browsing 2 or 3 sites and not downloading.
Phoned the customer service which was totally clueless. They cannot access info, systems are down, managers not available and they cannot return phone calls.
Sends me a reference for IT to resolve which quotes MTN usage whilst I am on Vodacom
