I converted from a dial-up to an ADSL service about 8 years ago.
I requested Telkom to cancel the dial-up account as I no longer needed it.
I have discovered that Telkom is still deducting R79 per month from my bank account for the dial-up service!
I contacted them via Telkom Direct and tried several times to get this rectified via online requests.
In desperation I paid for the bank to stop the payment.
The following month Telkom deducted DOUBLE the installment!
I have tried to escalate this issue to SOMEONE who knows how to resolve this problem but without success.
I am at my wits end!
