We lost our phone line for no apparent reason on the 11 November, I have reported this via sms, email and telephone on almost a daily basis. To this day other than an continued reply to my sms, saying this fault has been reported I have had not explanation nor any indication as to how long this problem will persist. This is now nearly 3 weeks of no phone or internet connection, all of which are very important to running my business. This is very frustrating.
