Failed to fullfill promise of refund

Good Day All

Again, I have to complain about the service of Cell C. I entered into a R 99.00 a month data deal with FNB. Cell number 0843685182. Cell C debited my bank account every month with R 375.00. They agreed to refund me, still waiting.. They sent me an e mail to confirm refund plus a credit awarded to my account. Today, the 1st October, Cell C has debited my bank account again with R 375.00. They are my money

The reference number of my compalint is 1309120000211637

I even confirmed the e mail at their call center 084 140.

Why does this happen???

Busisiwe Vilakazi, you have not followed through on your e mail you sent me on the 25th Sept 2013 where you said and I quote " we have refunded you R 881.40 for incorrect billing and the correct discount has been loaded to your line."

You have money from me again this month, just like you have done for the last 6 months.

Oh, the funny side of this, is when I asked the customer service line 084 140, what phone I had, he answered " a blackberry" How would this be possible if its a data line and I got the deal with FNB who gave me a Samsung Galaxy. Again, shocking service.
