Unwilling to assist to resolve the issue togethe

Cybersmart,

You must think I am a newbie and 1st time being with Cybersmart client. I know all about line issues with Telkom and there was problem yesterday when my link was syncing at 2mbps instead of 4 mbps and that has since been resolved.

Re: P2P, my torrent shoot up to over 200kbps before it was brought down to 20-50kbps. I know it is not my torrent client nor Telkom because I am now sitting at work and my P2P is going up to over 100kbps and rising. Therefore the problem is that I am either throttled / shaped by Cybersmart or my account is not syncing at the right speed with you. Before I left home, my p2p was on 20kbps (with capped data).

Re: online radio streaming. streaming software was built into my amplifier. I have been able to stream online radios with Mweb and not with Afrihost and definitely not with Cybersmart at the moment. It doesnt matter if I have no downloading, I simply CAN NOT stream online radio anymore. So before you give me the advice to change my streaming application, I would appreciate if you guys at Cybersmart can resolve this issue. Or simply be honest with your client that these capped and supersize me are throttled and monitored.
