I have been having download issues with http and torrent downloads for about 6 weeks and CYBERSMART doesn't even have the decency to update me, it feels has if i become a GHOST on their network. I called through almost everyday cost me a fortune but i am getting no joy. My account is paid timeously but no one can help me.
I have had telkom over twice to test my line changed my modem 3 times reformatted my computer just to make sure the fault is not on my side and still have to beg CYBERSMART to help me. ALL i want now is immediate cancellation of my services. I will not recommend CYBERSMART as a ISP
