I left Cybersmart a while ago due to the pathetic service (The money you deducted from my account after that still hasn't been reversed, but I'm over it). Now my problem is that you send me useless emails which doesn't have an unsubscribe option (In contravention to the Consumer Protection Act), and after sending you multiple emails requesting to remove me from your mailing list, I still receive spam! I advise anyone reading this not to join cybersmart as it is a useless ISP! And if you're already a cybersmart client, then I guess you'll be in the same boat as me if you switch isp's, because cybersmart will never leave you alone
