Made a phone call to MobiMoola and spoke to Bronwyn, she was able to inquire, in a short call, on their system, that my refund was loaded on the system and will be paid out on the 19th of November 2013, i like it when a company gives me specific answers, learn from her. I wish everyone working there can be this efficient. This is not to praise MobiMoola, but to say you must get a lot of Bronwyn's in your company.
