TOTAL RIP OFF-Please refund extra monies taken

My vodacom bill was R104 only before Oct-2013, Cellphone accounts are paid in arrears, my bill for Sep-2013 was only R104. I took 2 new phones towards the end of Oct which i odered online, i was charged with admin) connection fees which they advertise to be free online. my payment date is on the 20th, the 21st 2 vodacom debit orders went off 1 for R270 n de other for R166 wen only R104 was suppose to go off, R104 was for R59 BIS and the difference was for Topup 75 airtime. I complained about de extra monies they added on my account and this is still not resolved. Instead they carrying on in ripping me off, i checked my bill with them this morning and they told me that my bill for Nov is R867.77, all fees that was suppose to have been removed is till there, I never use the contract simcards i get wth thephones because i do not want a bill, i only used 1 for the new phones to set it up and the bill came to R50 and i destroyed the sim cards, i was told that my bill consist of my data budle of R99 that i signed up for subscriptions and usage, if all those transactions that took place end of oct where charged now inNov then i want my money that was taken in Oct back, only R104 was due
