TO DURING UPGRADE AND NOW NO RESPONSE

I was called by Autopage to upgrade. I normally just put the phone down but Michael Savvied convinced me the online process is seamless. I agreed to upgrade to MTN Anytime 750 with an Apple 5S ON CONDITION that there is stock. He assured me there was and my phone would be delivered in 2-3 days. Didn't happen and I'm trying to cancel the agreement. Phoning their 0861232424 number gives you the run around. You have to speak to Michael to cancel - you can't be transferred - he doesn't phone you back. The manager Tom someone got a message this morning to phone me - he still hasn't.

I assume I need to go via the onbutsman and CPA to get this resolved.

WARNING - Stay clear of Autopage online upgrades. For me - I'm going to MTN or Vodacom directly after this experience. Oh - and I've been a customer since 1994 I think...

It is PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC customer service!!
