I turned on my phone yesterday morning and found out that was no signal. I restarted my phone and there was still no signal. Moments later I received an sms from mtn saying I've reached my credit limit of R450.00. Taking into account, a debit order goes off every month and I never reach my credit limit. At 11:13 yesterday I received another sms saying "Yello, MTN apologies for the incorrect suspension of your services. Your services are in the process of reactivation" I then had to go to a MTN store to change the settings. A MTN consultant sorted out my problem. Fact of of the matter is, how can you just suspend my contract my no reason? I find it unprofessional and incompetent. This makes me want to change my service provider...
