DONT CARE ATTITUDE

Have a contract (data) with mtn for internet. Branch at Walmer Park cannot help. have been told to phone 0839001212. they are not interested or too ' don't care ' to assist. 99 % of time I don't have internet or is on MTN EDGE. A snail is quicker than '' EDGE ''. REQUESTED to be changed. why should I pay for something (service) that I don't get. WAKE UP OR YOU WILL LOOSE MORE CUSTOMERS.!
