Cell C - Non - Delivery on products and service

I already reported Cell C on Hello Peter last week and I received an email from Cell C to say they will contact me shortly. They did. Within 2 days.
That was on Friday, 22 Nov before 13:00 when March Opperman PROMISED with heartfelt condolences that she PERSONALLY will solve the non delivery of my new cellphone. She asked me nicely not to contact the Help Desk as she will sort thing out on my behalf and she can see that speaking to 3 or more people on one call only aggravate things. She will help me.
Today is 26 Nov and nothing yet. Not a peep from anyone. It is now 21 days since it was supposed to be delivered. And I can trace March Opperman nowhere when I phone Cell C.
Must we just give up on any notion of good service in this beautiful country of ours? Or is it still worth trying to find at least one good service delivery company?
