Excessive blilling without explanation

Some time in middle of May, I opened a contract account with Autopage which was for; a 3g modem and laptop for R289 per month. I was told every month I would receive 2Gigs of data for free. The laptop & modem was a gift for my fiancee. On the 25th of June I was debited R2100 by Autopage, I decided to go to the store to ask why R2100, I was told that I used up the 2Gigs, and had used excess of 7 Gigs. When I asked for an itemised bill or data bill showing the Internet sites that consumed such data, they just sent me a software program which I could not open. I told them I had requested for a pdf document, but I was told that they can't send it. After that I was sent an excel document which did not give me any information on how I exceeded with 7Gigs of data. Later I was sent an email which states that the excessive data was a result of software updates on the laptop. I told them that they should have informed to switch off the updates before I left the store because I was unaware that every-time I use the modem the will be software updates. Until now I am upset and my complaint has not be resolved, but I was debited another R1030.12 today after I informed them that i will not pay.
