I was debited R1024.00 this morning (26/06/2013), my normal debit is R550 for both cellphone and Modem contract every month. I rarely use the modem as I am not getting 3G signal where i am staying (reported the issue a year ago but still no change), to my surprise MTN is saying I have exhausted my 2GB on the modem. How can I finish all my data if i don't use it often? and surely data overlaps to the following month for two months. I asked for activity logs for the modem, and I was told it has to go through the billing dept first and it takes up to 10 working days.
This is unacceptable!!!
