Disgusting poor customer experience from MTN

Took my Blackberry 9900 for repairs i was then promised to be called back to collect my phone. almost 7 weeks had gone by without any contact from MTN. ON 25-11-2013 I then contacted the call center to enquire on my phone, i was advised the phone was delivered at Clear water MTN outlet on 24-10-2013 & they had to advise me upon receiving my phone. i made my way to the outlet immediatel, that was when i was given the run around regarding my phone as i was given an old battery. i then advised them that was not my battery and the manager at that point emphasised it was my batter. after a long wait he apologised and advised me he would make a plan and contact me regarding my cell phone. i was never called back. i then made a call today to enquire on my mobile and still i was told i woild be called back by 14:30, it never took place. i then called again at 16:19 and i was told i will be called back in 10 minutes... still awaiting for the call but it is interesting how companies like MTN ARE LOOSING THE VALUE of customer first and its disgusting too. all i need is my phone back and for someone to start valueing their work and customers...
