MTN with their horrible service

I took my phone in for repairs (Blackberry) at MTN on the 4th of March. They advised that it would take 2 to three weeks for it to return. 3 weeks passed by, I called the number on my papers (since MTN gateway did not have any contact number on the paper), I called Cresta, Joburg on 27-03. They advised that my phone was sent back on the 12th of April, so MTN gateway had not called me. Then I received an sms from MTN Gateway telling me that my phone was back.
I got there, asked the lady why they had not called earlier on since Cresta people had told me that the phone was sent back a long time ago. She said she had no idea, I asked to find out and get back to me. She said she was going to call but she had not called. She did not even bother to note that she was going to call. I really do want to know why it took so long for them to call me back.
