I phoned virgin mobile in the beginning of October, In connection with my phone not being able to get any internet coverage. They said a technician will phone me back within 48hours. They never did. On the 25th of November I phoned again this time they promised a call that same day. Again no-one phoned me back. I can't phone the technician myself you have to wait for them to phone you. But they never do.
