Imagine my surprise when i received my bill this month.. double .. more than double what it normally is.
WHen i phoned the call centre i was told that i need to pay for itemized billling so that i can see who i sms'd so much. Oh yes, at an additional cost... surprise surprise... I activated this and saw that i supposedly sms 40014 at a rate of R17, 54 per sms.
I see that there are other complaints like this, so surely if the call centre was aware of this, that info should have been shared???
WHat is Vodacom doing about this!!
