I have contacted Telkom 4-5 times a day about MY Data line being out of order, every day they tell be that a technician has been assigned to repair the problem, to date I have still not had anyone attempt to repair the issue, they cannot give me a time frame although they have told be that it is on their URGENT List
Was promised that the technician would be here on Saturday, he did not arrive, was told the same thing on Monday, still nothing
