I disputed the incident on the 01 November 2013 that someone open a contract using my identity and was promised that I will be contacted regarding the matter since I lodge a dispute to my suprise R950 was deducted in my account on the 20th and I immediately went to enquire about that and was promised that I will be call the next day, no one contacted me my money is lying in VODACOM ACCOUNT and was even told the investigation takes 21 days, I AM WITH THIS BAD SERVICE, I HAVE UNPAID DEBIT ORDERS, YOU ARE RUINING MY LIFE I CANT EVEN BUY A CAR BECAUSE OF THIS NONSENSE BE CONSIDERATE AND THINK OF OTHE PEOPLE AND FOR THE RECORD HOW DO YOU APPROVE A SECOND CELLPHONE CONTRACT WITHOUT CHECKING THE AFFORDABILITY OF A CLIENT, I AM DISGUSTED WITH YOUR SERVICE AND YOU BETTER SORT THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS YOUR CONTACT CENTRE CONSULTANT ARE USELESS THE ONLY ANSWER THEY KNOW IS I DONT KNOW
