Our company has ported out from MTN to Nashua Mobile on the 29th of July 2013- Every month we are receiving statements from MTN. when i called in i received a reference number from your porting division to say that everything will be sorted out one month later again i received another statement. last week i called in again spoke to another lady by the name of Shameela she said everything will be sorted out in 24 hours. again nothing has been sorted out. Today i called in and again they told me the same story. I'm really fed up with calling MTN and receiving run around service. Today I tried to call my credit controller Lizel Morris but i cant seem to get hold of her.
Please credit my account that i have with MTN and please close the account, we are no longer interested in doing business with you guys. Please note that my company does not owe MTN anything we are getting billed from our new service provider.
