Billed for two accounts

In May I upgraded 4rm a blackberry to S4 and ported my number to Cell C via nashua, to my surprise when i received my bill it was was for both handsets, i called in at accounts enquirers to try and rectify this and i was called back in a few days and told it was sorted and i would be refunded for any extra amounts. When the debit order went through nothing was rectified!! i called this morning and asked and was told that i was still being billed for 2 handsets.! I have been with nashua for over 6 years and this is the worst service i have ever received. It sounds like a good idea just changing my cell number!!
