I have taken out a contract with Nashua Mobile Sandton last year July 2012. Firstly the incorrect number was given and the SIM refused to activate for 3 months. Sim swop after sim swop and promises after promises. Nothing happened. I was so fed up i eventually returned the handset back to the store and wanted to terminate the deal. I return the device back to the store manager- Brian, and he signed for me on the termination of Subscribeer Agreement. but until now, I still got billed with my account.
I've tried to call the call centre to sort out this matter and get numerous reference number, It is now October 2013 and i am paying for something i do not have??
This is absolutely ridiculous and each time i called the call centre, i am promised that it has been sorted out.
I want this to be sorted out as soon as possible as i think i have been way too patient with this terrible service that i have received. Someone needs to start doing their work!!
