No middleway to make things easier for me

You said you have a commercial sealed pack, what colour is it?
The phone froze tonight and the scroller wouldn't move, so that means
taking the phone in, they will test it at Alberton, then I will get this lovely
sms saying it had to go to head office, or I might be lucky and I might
be able to collect it, just to take it back a day or two later as the scroller
froze and you can't save a picture from contacts unless you edit it...
then it is again a week's waiting, while you use a phone which is one
of the first phones that excisted. So you loose more money on income
and people have trouble getting hold of you, as now you were on bbm
now you are gone!
Since no-one wants to accommodate me with a 9790 and even start
the contract as a new upgrade for two years.
So I suggest you send your commercial sealed phone, if it is red,
to Vodacom Alberton if it is red and let them let me know when it is
there and I will collect it and give them the other one back.
Somewhere you must compromise to make up for all I lost and all
the frustration I am going through since August last year.
