Once again Telkom does not cease to surprise... Last month I got a invoice for a debit amounting to double of the contract I signed. I called the call centre and was given a reference number on which they would investigate. No one bothered to call back. Again this month a double debit went of the account. I called the call centre again and was told the case was closed but not rectified. I was warned about Telkom and now I know why... They are beyond useless. Let's see if someone will catch a wakeup now and respond.
