I got a replacement phone with MTN and i told them specifically not to activate or charge me for another simcard or additional contract as i wasnt taking out another contract, but simply just getting a replacement phone.
this phone was delivered with this new simcard and the delivery guy told me to MTN Direct and tell them NOT to actovate this line of i dont want it! They went ahead and activated and then charged me for this stupid thing i had said i DONT want!!
And now, like prevously when i needed help, the agent who initially helped me never calls back no matter how many times she is requested to! I am aso digusted with MTN's service. And this is not a free service! Can something be done!!!
