Website /Call centre not meeting user requirements

I am disappointed by the system that MTN created for people to trade their share. You cannot even login that is the first error that you get from the system. If customers are important MTN should have invested more money and time in creating the system and planning for this trading. You can not even get through using their call center because is always busy.really disappointed.
