I refer to my first complaint "4 months to recieve 2nd hand broken phone" logged on the 14th Of November.
Your reply to my Hello peter report was prompt and promising. Yet as per your service the complaints department seems just as unhelpful!!!
How do you expect to help me if you dont bother to call and get my account details???
Its now been ANOTHER 2 weeks of no feedback.
I CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR SERVICE " IT DOES NOT EXIST"
SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING coming from a client of over 15 years.
