I had an existing line activated last month (April). I had slow connection speed which was later resolved. My line got suspended because of unpaid bills this month even though I had a debit order set up. I paid my balance on the 15th of May but on the 27th the debit order went off for the amount of R2118. I am still waiting for my refund.
My connection speed the past month has been mediocre. 2mg line but getting 20kb/s download. I phoned DSL support and was asked to restart my router. When I did so my router would not connect to ADSL any more. I was told that a call was needed to be logged. This is the third time in three months that a technician needs to come out to fix my line! Is this how you treat every client?
I am paying a lot of money for a service that I can not use. Contact me directly about this issue as when it gets passed along I will not hear from anyone. My next step will not be as lenient.
