I had a problem with my contract at vodacom since August 2013. The person at the vodashop was not capable to give me the correct information when I upgraded. I went to find a solution at another vodashop in town. The people there was very helpful and try there best to help me. They send e-mails to Vodacom Support: Limpopo. (Polokwane) Several times they reply the following message: "We endeavour to attend to all emails within a 24-hour period. " There were several conversations between them and the vodashop in Lephalale (which took weeks before they reply). I have received e-mails from them on 5, 8 and 12 November 2013 and each time they tell me "further investigation will done by our fsc, this matter was reffere to her. ", or "We endeavour to attend to all emails within a 24-hour period. " Still nothing was done to help me.
If I look at the amount of complaints on the internet, I see that Vodacom has the most amount, much more than any other service provider and bank in SA. What is going on with this big company? It is now almost 3months that I struggle for help and a solution. I pay R379-00 for a tablet which I didn't use so far.
