I upgraded my wife's phone in June 2013 at the Lephalale Vodashop in the Lephalale Mall. She had a Blackberry phone and decided to take a Samsung. They assists us in the shop to do the upgrade. Unfortunately, I couldn't open my July statement, buit the statement I received yesterday still show the Blackberry BIS for R59.00. When I went to the Vodashop at Lephalale Mall, they told me that I was supposed to ask them to take it of. I disagree. When I phoned Vodacom Customer Care, they told me the same story. They are supposed to assist you and they must know that if they give you a Samsung, you don't need the Blackberry BIS. I was under the imporession that this will be done automatically. Vodacom must correct my account with the 3 months which was wrong and deduct it from my account. Must I tell them how to do their job?
