No feedback and appalling customer service

I have received the worst customer service from this man MULTIPLE times. The first time, this man named Puleng argued with me on how to go about my claim when I had lost my phone. He gave me numbers to call instead of assisting me. He even told me to blacklist it myself and I insisted on him doing it there as I knew he could, the Northgate branch once did. He was so rude I called the call centre and was assisted by a lady that made it easier by sending me the claim forms. When I received the phone it was useless for a week as a sim swap had not been done! Yesterday morning I went to check up as my phone had gone in for repairs over a week before, to find that it could not be fixed and a claim had to be made. No one had alerted me to this. In between filling in my claim form, Puleng was busy with other things on the computer not realizing I could see. I signed the form and came back at half past 6 and he had no response. He said he would follow up in the morning and the phone should get there today. When I called he SHOUTED AT ME, saying he would call me when he is ready (yet I was the one that insisted he take my number down yesterday). This is not even half of it! I am appalled!
