Huge Packet loss during storms and not fixed

Hi there,

So for a while now i have been having a problem where a storm / clouds would fill the sky and my internet would render itself useless. I could get packet loss as high as 10% which caused terrible ping and bad download speeds.

I have logged faults many times and spoken to people at the call Centre but i either get told the line seems fine or that nothing can be done. I know this is rubbish because none of my friends have this issue

Im an online gamer and believe me it is near impossible to get anything done with this issue, especially during rainy season.

All im asking is that someone finds the problem and fixes it. I want the service im paying for and im tired of not getting it.
