Bad ADSL Bandwidth Quality -Technopark Stellenboch

For more than 2 years now, we've experience a very high % of packet loss on Telkom's ADSL infrastructure. And from what I hear that counts for most of the companies here in Technopark Stellenbosch. When doing a ping to our first hop, [URL Removed] [105.224.84.1] for example, we typically get 5% packet loss during business hours. Sometimes spikes up to 10% packet loss. And this is to the FIRST hop. We've tried everything, different routers, different ADSL ISPs. But it all boils down to the "DSLAM" or whatever it is, being too full. We DESPERATELY need the infrastructure to be upgraded. The bigger companies are all getting Neotel Fibre Internet, but not everyone can afford that. As most of our business is international, we are now forced to work after business hours, when the infrastructure is less congested.
