Due to restrictions imposed by Vox I'm unable to receive emails larger than 10MB in size. I have been told by 3 support agents that this is indeed a limitation imposed by Vox and it can't be changed. It's completely unreasonable to limit an email size to 10MB's with today's level of technology.
What was more frustrating is that your tech support didn't even seem to believe me when I explained the limitation was imposed by you, so clearly you haven't educated your staff about this matter either!
I don't see why an email address which I'm paying a monthly fee for should impose such a harsh restriction when there cheaper or even free email services are more lenient. I feel it's not an unreasonable request to as that you increase the size limit per email to reasonable 20MB instead of only 10MB
If you can give me a reason as to why this restriction is in place, why it can't be increased and why there is no mention of this restriction anywhere on your website, then I will accept it, but up until now I have had no explanation.
Please fix this, the year is 2013 not 2001! I don't think I'm being unreasonable about this. So far I've wasted nearly R60 in airtime on this issue to no avail.
