Hi i am a frustrated Telkom customer a week ago my internet connection had absolutely no issues but in the middle of last week sometime i started dropping from games and my download speeds were and still is terrible. There is no person on earth who can play any game with a ping of 1000 or more on a 1 meg line its impossible this is a major inconvenience and i would like to have it fixed. I have tried contacting telkom several times and i have been put through to every single department i can think of i have logged a fault 4 times without any response i would like this to be fixed imediatly as it is definitely not a problem on my side
