It is with my greatest regret being with MTN Service Provider in which I have been with them for over 5years. On the 22nd of November 2013 as per the call reference 106398697, I have called in to enquire about my billing which he failed to assist with my query, he was very rude and talked back with an unpleasant tone and sounded hasty.

The main issue was with my billing structure, every time I recharge my mobile my airtime disappears in which I fail to understand and when I spoke to the company in question I was told to wait for a month for my query to be attended to which I feel is an inconvenience for me to wait that long for my query to be resolved. I have been advised several times that my query has been escalated but I do not see the results, I have also been told that I will received a call from the lady by the name of Ms Nkele Kekana which she also failed to fulfil her promise. I am very disappointed with MTN South Africa and I will never refer any of my friends nor family to be with this company. They don't first call resolution and offer bad customer service always shifting blames to other departments. I hope this will serve as a warning to live by their standards.
