Water has been connected to my property and the meter reading for 3 days after connection is showing 266 kl consumption. I did query this with the call centre via e-mails and calls from October 2012 to date and no one from billing department who the call centre refers me to, can respond to my query. In the interim, I being charged interest and extra deposits because billing department cannot respond and resolve this query. I have written about 20 e-mails to the Ethekweni municipality whose only response was that the query is referred to billing for resolution which is not being resolved to date.
CAN SOMEONE ASSIST AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.
