Bad service once again

Once again standard bank fails to deliver on their service. I have been given a reference number since last year december (51994738) and still my query has not been resolved. Ive been into the branch 3 times and spoke to two different people still no resolution. The only feedback I get is that the query needs to be re-escalated. Ive called in on numerous occasions still no feedback. This is unacceptable especially from a big company like you. I request that someone calls me back that will be able to resolve my query and not give me more stories. No one seems to care or show any interest. Please refer to reference number - 51994738 for full history. I was promised a call by the branch manager and still waiting. 3 months has passed and im still waiting. Think its time to move by business as im not being valued as a customer.
