I called the cell c call centre on Monday the 02/12 to change my contract and was to that they will load a query and the correct people will call me within 24 to 48 hours to assist me with the query but no one called. i then called again on Thursday to follow up and the lady that i spoke to said the query was not yet attended to but she will send a mail to the person that is dealing with the case as it long over due and they will call me back but still no call. Today is Tuesday and no one has called me, i am very disappointed with the service i have received and i even regret why i even changed to cell c.
