Telkom is our Telephone system provider and ISP. we tried to get hold of customer services to make an inquiry on the Telkom guys digging and working on lines outside our home, after they struck a water-pipe that burst to enquire if it was reported by Telkom to the municipality as it had happened at 9am (it is now 4pm and there was no sign of it being repaired) and Telkom packed up and left.
we dialed 1023 three times. the first time we were referred to 10210 where we received the runaround from the machines. the second time we were referred to 0123113911 where there was no answer. the third time we were referred to 0315611470 where there was no answer and the voice mailbox was full
eventually we called the 0800124000 hotline who gave us the numbers 0860 203 951 and 0822124500, which don't exist. we checked the Telkom website and found the number 0113337188 listed as complaints. we were once again referred to (now an email address) [Email Removed] which doesn't exist
so how do u get hold of someone regarding anything to do with Telkom if your comaplint is not regarding your phoneline, if everywhere you turn nobody is prepared to answer the phone, or help?!
