No answer to phone lines givin by help desk

Called Telkom 10210 to get help to migrate my ADSL line got given numbers that are not answered 0800 6111 26 and 0800 6111 16 and even supervisors no 021 4142770 Craig no responses and put through to every department that they thought could help either got cut off or no help just other numbers to call with no success. when you call the number you have to put in the number you have a problem with then when you speak to consultant you have to give them the number again and explain the whole problem and then get told they cannot do anything on there side transferring you to another department with no joy either being cut off or told to call another useless number upon phoning back you don't get get same consultant they need to be told the whole story again. when asked to be put to a supervisor first they refuse until you tell them what the story is. going to telkoms website customer support page the complaints number on wesite 011 333 7188 does not exist . got told no longer can call and complaint have to send an email to have a problem solved. best service provider WHAT A JOKE and its now 17h15 been on the phone from 13h00. I know why i dont want them to host my line or interenet
