I have had so many problems with virgin mobile, and have been trying to no avail to cancel my contract with them.

they confirm the contract is cancelled with an immediate authorization and yet 4 months down the line I am still being billed and incorrectly so!!!

my next step is to take them to national credit act for billing me and forcing me to pay for a service which has not been used in 6 months!

I tried calling them earlier and I get transferred and remain on hold for 15 minutes, not acceptable!!?!!!
