MTN customer service has gone to the dogs. I was supposed to receive my bundles on 21 November, which did not happen. I have been calling MTN every day for the 6th time now and I have been told that the query has been escalated and the bundles will be loaded within 24 hours, its 25 November now and I don't know which world MTN gets their 24 hours. Isn't this? Isn't this breach of agreement? Because I got into this contract under the impression that I will get those bundles on the 21st of every month and now I am being charged out of bundle rates! MTN customer care agents don't even know what they are doing, if you ask them anything the answer is 'I don't know'! Today I spent about an hour with customer care first it was Thabisa, same old story then Jafta, same old story. Jafta actually is clueless and I am told he is the supervisor, and everybody else above him is 'not available'. And an hour later I still don't have any solution. MTN service is more than mediocre, its grossly pathetic! My advice: never get an MTN contract, never! Call ref # 106394800 and 106405612
