Unfair billing and incorrect debit order date

I went to apply for a cell phone contract at Greenstone mall on the 24th of August. I was told that they would inform me on the outcome on the 25th or 26th of August, but i received no feedback from Telkom. I then decided to go to the shop on the 1st of September and check with them & i was informed that my contract was approved and they were about to cancel it. I took the device on the 1st of September, and i was under the impression that the first debit order would go through on the 25th of September but to my surprise nothing went through. I called the call centre to find out why the debit order did not go through and i was informed that it will only go through end of October, which i was never told.
Yesterday i received an sms saying that my account will be debited with R1389.50 on the 15th. First of all my debit order date is on the 25th, and Telkom is charging me for August which is totally unfair, as i only got the device in September. Secondly, i am being charged R200 connection fee which was never part of the deal. one thing that upsets me the most is that Telkom is unable to stop the debit order for the 15th, & i'll have a debit order that will bonce which is unfai
