Capped line

Virgin Mobile decided, without request, to cap my usage at R100 a month, so I found myself disconnected in the middle of the month. The first person that answered my call on 21 November, Randy, told me that they capped my cell phone bill at R600. The second, Dineo, who I spoke to on 22 November, told me that they capped it a R100, and that was my contract, which is not correct. My MINIMUM usage is R100, not my maximum usage.
