On the 25th Nov 2013 after 23:00, I made a call to Vodacom call centre (082 111) and the customer service consultant named Mosidi just gave me a bad service, making me feel I shouldn't have called Vodacom since technology basically instructs me on what to do... I eventually requested the next consultant to help me only to discover that the network was having issues hence I couldn't connect with my modem to the internet. If I had not requested the next consultant I would have been stuck with the frustration of not being able to connect.
